Peter Heinrichs is a consultant and trainer, active in the fields of sales, marketing, HR management as well as interim management since 1993.
Since 2007, the focus of Peter Heinrichs’ activities has been on the strategy and HR development of SMEs. As an interim manager, Peter Heinrichs has supported key national and international SMEs in the fields of HR management, HR, organizational and sales development.

Until 2013, Peter Heinrichs was also the consultant and trainer for the well-known author, consultant and winner of the Ludwig-Erhard Award (Germany’s highest accolades for achievements in terms of business excellence) Prof. Jörg Knoblauch. In this context, the focus of his activities was: Finding and retaining the best employees, business analyses with the TEMP method, development of HR master plans and training for managing directors and executives in the field of leadership and sales promotion.

As an interim manager, Peter Heinrichs successfully developed HR departments and executives as a Human Resources Manager and Head of Organization. As an interim manager in sales and marketing, he initiates new sales structures and marketing concepts, trains the sales force and supports key accounts.
